Despite market volatility, broker conviction held steady, consistent with last year's results (92.6%). 

The question now becomes not if ICHRA adoption will grow more widespread, but rather how fast.

Half are still testing the waters with 1-2 ICHRA clients, while nearly a quarter have scaled to 11+ clients.

  • Brokers with 11+ clients are 17 points more likely to prioritize user-friendly platforms (50% vs. 32.9%)
  • They prioritize sustainable broker commissions nearly 2x as often (31.8% vs. 16.3%)
  • They are more likely to prioritize platform experience when choosing an ICHRA provider (50% vs. 33%)
